Required
8+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant time spent in FP&A and business partnering with sales and operations
Proven expertise in financially managing Sales (pricing, rebate structures, channel P&L) and Supply Chain (cost accounting, logistics, inventory)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Advance Financial modeling
History of Influencing executive leadership
Preferred
Experience in a Private Equity-backed or high-growth environment is highly desirable
MBA or CPA a plus
