Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and metrics. Clean, process, and validate data for modeling and analysis

Develop, test, and implement predictive and statistical models using linear regression, machine learning, and other relevant techniques

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Define and document functional and technical requirements for dataflows, analytics, and dashboards

Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and industry best practices

Actively contribute to Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Evaluate and interpret data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for process enhancements, cost reduction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency

Create compelling and insightful presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on business strategies, change management, and process improvements
