Information Technology Service Desk
Insight Global is seeking a Tier 1 Resident Technician to support their customer’s video conferencing environment. The role involves providing onsite technical support, managing events, and guiding customers in the use of video conferencing equipment.
Responsibilities
Onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing issues
Scheduling and managing high-level events, tracking and resolving incidents
Providing MACD support, including installation and configuration of video conferencing equipment
Guiding customers in the use of video conferencing hardware and software
Maintaining support documentation and process standards
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background in hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience with diagnostic tools and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
3-5 years of experience
