Assist Account Managers with management of accounts
Assist NCLs, Finance and IT Departments with inquiries regarding services, products, and technology
Oversee Small Market client accounts serving as a point of contact; build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; establish consulting style relationships that provide additional resources and training
Collaborate across departments
Qualification
Required
Combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 3 years with a focus on Customer Support or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external facing Axiom clients
Ability to provide support services to customers in a fast-paced environment
Ability to assist Account Managers with management of accounts
Ability to assist NCLs, Finance and IT Departments with inquiries regarding services, products, and technology
Ability to oversee Small Market client accounts serving as a point of contact
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ability to establish consulting style relationships that provide additional resources and training
Ability to collaborate across departments
Regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
Light to moderate lifting is required
Regular, predictable attendance is required
