Account Executive – Enterprise Direct Sales
SoTalent is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to sell commercial Internet, Voice, and Video solutions to mid-size and large businesses. This role focuses on full-cycle direct sales, territory growth, and relationship development within designated regions.

Responsibilities
Deliver in-person sales presentations and exceed sales targets
Develop and manage a sales territory, building partnerships and generating leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and networking
Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and ensure a high-quality customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports
Stay updated on competitive offerings and emerging technologies
Attend off-site client meetings regularly; schedule may require evenings, weekends, and overtime
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of relevant sales experience, especially in direct enterprise sales
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and own the full sales cycle
Preferred
Network design basics (DSx, OC-x, WDM, Ethernet)
Internet + voice technologies (VoIP)
LAN/WAN/VPN and network protocols (Layers 1–3)
Customer Premise Equipment (voice/data)
Business continuity and disaster recovery concepts
E-rate processes
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
