The Deputy Director of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) will oversee the coordination and delivery of health care services across various LTSS program areas, playing a key role in strategy development and Medicaid program management.

Responsibilities

Oversees the coordination and oversight in the delivery of health care services across various LTSS program areas

Plays a key role in developing strategy, managing program areas, and contributing in the critical decisions around the future of Medicaid

Works closely with all members of leadership, employees, and key stakeholders both internal and external to DHB

Required

Graduation from a four year college or university with a degree in business or public administration or in a field related to DHHS programs, and five years of managerial and/or administrative experience in the public or private sectors involving significant decision-making authority in the planning, organizing, and directing in an area related to the above-mentioned programs
