Responsibilities
Architect, build, and ship core platform features across the stack
Translate real-world workflows into intuitive product experiences
Build scalable APIs, dashboards, and integrations
Define engineering direction, best practices, and technical culture
Rapidly prototype and iterate with users and partners
Influence product strategy based on real-world feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience with healthcare tools, HIPAA, insurance billing systems, or compliance
Interested in mental healthcare or wellness
1 - 4 years full-stack development experience (or strong project/startup experience)
Comfortable with React/Next.js, Node/Python, Postgres, OpenAI (GPT-4.x/5.x), Whisper, LLM automation pipelines, Document parsing + OCR/NLP workflows
Excited to rethink outdated mental health workflows
Scrappy, mission-driven, and excited by early-stage ambiguity
