Responsibilities
Improve transparency of project-related action items
Process documentation
Feasibility analysis of optimization projects
Optimize daily processes with new ideas
Overview and updated detailed Schedule
Coordinate project steps with plant operations
Read and interpret drawings
Assist where needed by the department or other areas
Assist and lead meetings
Process optimisation of production line processes
Time studies and analysis of bottlenecks
Innovate strategies to overcome bottlenecks
Improve quality transparency in the End-of-Line operations as well as rework area
Process analysis and process improvement ideas and implementation
Taking meeting minutes and KPI editing
Project planning using Microsoft planner
Time studies and poke yoke implementations
Qualification
Required
Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business or relevant degree is required to participate in the intern program
Preferred studies in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information System Engineering or other related/similar fields
Experience with Information Systems
Experience with lean manufacturing and methodologies
Understanding of OEE and manufacturing KPI's
Good communication and presentation skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Interest in process optimization and problem-solving
