Field Sales Engineer

They are seeking a motivated Field Sales Engineer to manage and grow their presence in the territory, combining technical expertise with relationship-driven sales throughout the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and manufacturers
Present and promote a diverse portfolio of technical products and solutions
Coordinate technical requirements between customers and manufacturers
Manage sales cycles, including forecasting and opportunity tracking
Provide ongoing customer support to ensure long-term satisfaction and success
Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background with familiarity in one or more of the following: Test and measurement instruments, Embedded systems, RF/microwave (RF/mW) equipment, Sensors and data acquisition systems
Experience in technical sales, field applications, or B2B client relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
Prior technical or industrial sales experience is a plus
