They are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Rep to be the first point of contact for clients scheduling travel medicine appointments, ensuring timely access to necessary services.

Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking travel medicine services
Schedule travel medicine consultations, immunization visits, and follow-up appointments
Gather key travel details including destination(s), departure dates, length of travel, and purpose of travel
Identify time-sensitive travel requirements and communicate urgency when applicable
Coordinate appointment availability with clinical staff and clinic schedules
Ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately based on clinical guidelines and travel timelines
Provide clear follow-up communication and appointment reminders to clients
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with patients
Comfort communicating time-sensitive health requirements
Familiarity with scheduling systems or CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
