Addison Group is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to provide high-touch operational and client support within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role partners closely with advisors and internal teams to ensure exceptional client service, accurate execution of investment-related activities, and seamless account management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service and operational activities to ensure accurate and timely execution of client and investment requests
Serve as a liaison between advisors, clients, and internal teams to support day-to-day servicing needs
Manage the new client onboarding process, including documentation collection, account setup, and coordination of transfers
Support asset allocation and reallocation processes, including paperwork, account setup, and implementation of changes
Respond to client inquiries, conduct research, and ensure service requests are completed efficiently
Maintain a strong working knowledge of investment strategies, services, policies, and procedures
Identify and resolve issues through a strong understanding of operational processes
Participate in firm-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned

Required

5+ years of experience in a similar role within investment management, wealth management, or a broker-dealer environment
Strong understanding of financial services concepts, practices, and operational workflows
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate client and advisor needs
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
