This role is primarily responsible for managing client billing for media, including AR collection, vendor payments, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities
Process billing transactions including Budget/PO/Actual reconciliation
Issue billing adjustment invoices and credit memos
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues
Client-facing
Collect payments from various clients
Process vendor payments
Prepare client and accounting reports
Prepare monthly closing report for client and company
Knowledge of basic excel formulas
Manage production database (ERP)
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in finance / working in a similar role
Able to draft a P&L
Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel)
Bachelor's Degree required, Finance or Accounting Degree preferred
Ability to work overtime, especially at month-end
Strong knowledge of billing and accounting concepts
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills with clients and other departments
Capable of making timely, independent decisions
Proactive and self-motivated
Ability to work well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
Ability to multitask
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Knowledge of media billing preferred
