Responsibilities
Event Management and Product Demos: Work with the Field Marketing team to support and execute sampling events, product demos, and brand activations
Retailer relationships and sales strategy: Work closely with Sales managers to learn about the sales process, distributor relations, and retail activation
Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather and report on consumer feedback, engagement metrics, and event outcomes. (End of summer report)
Social Media Content Creation: Strategize and produce engaging content for social media platforms that reflect the brand’s voice
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sustainability, health, and social change
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to organize and execute events effectively
Thrive in a dynamic, startup environment and manage shifting priorities
Genuine enthusiasm for Just Ice Tea's commitment to health and sustainability
Experience in creating and managing content on social media platforms
