Responsibilities

Responsible for servers, solutions, product revenue, and customer retention

Defines, leads, and provides creative servers and solutions, and overcome constraints to meet customer requirements

Organizes technical resources within the organization to address client needs, when necessary

Understands and resolve challenges by collaborating with internal business partner and technical members

Oversees deliverables and documentation as required, supporting Supermicro Solutions and Products organization

Provides solutions and products overview training to internal organizations, partners, and customers

Creates solution marketing programs and collaborate with marketing team

Required

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in system/server architecture is desirable

Demonstrated ability in product marketing and/or product management role, must have managed a number of products from initial concept through development, launch, and end-of-life

Strong knowledge with computer/server architecture and GPU technology

Exceptional communication and presentation skill is a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote and provide solutions
