Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available Azure IoT solutions
Own cloud and IoT solution strategy across infrastructure, networking, security, and application integration layers
Drive application modernization, re-architecture, and cloud migration initiatives
Define enterprise cloud and IoT standards, reference designs, and best practices
Lead technical design reviews and solution governance
Develop and present solution blueprints, diagrams, and delivery roadmaps
Perform solution assessments, trade-off analysis, and cost optimization (TCO, ROI)
Lead compliance, security, and capacity planning initiatives
Partner with business leaders to define non-functional requirements (NFRs)
Provide technical leadership across estimation, delivery planning, and transformation programs
Mentor senior engineers across cloud, infrastructure, and IoT domains
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience with a strong foundation in infrastructure, networking, and cloud engineering
6+ years of hands-on Azure experience in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in: Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, security, and governance
Strong expertise in: Azure IoT Hub, Edge computing, device connectivity, and telemetry pipelines
Strong expertise in: Cloud migration and modernization strategies
Strong expertise in: CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Docker, Kubernetes
Strong expertise in: Data integration and analytics platforms
Experience with: Architecture trade-off analysis
Experience with: Cost-benefit and cloud economics
Experience with: Migration planning and execution
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Azure Certifications (Azure Solutions Expert, Azure IoT Developer)
Experience with enterprise delivery frameworks
Domain experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, or smart infrastructure
