Responsibilities
Handle 25-30 calls (IB & OB)
Ensure process efficiency – Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including Shipping, insurance, and payment information
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or GED required
Must reside in the State of Arizona
Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required
Valid Arizona State pharmacy technician license is required
Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills
Basic math skills (addition/subtraction/multiplication)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Relevant experience or a willingness to learn
Experience working prescriptions claims and knowledge of rejections helpful
Prior Authorization experience preferred (CoverMyMeds)
Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
