Responsibilities
Create Original Video Content Ideas Aligned with Brand Goals and Audience Interests
Plan, Script, and Outline YouTube Style Videos
Record Video Content, Including Setting Up Cameras, Lighting, and Audio
Edit Videos with Strong Storytelling, Pacing, Sound, and Visuals
Add Graphics, Captions, and Effects as Needed
Create or Collaborate on Thumbnails, Titles, and Descriptions
Upload and Optimize Videos for YouTube (SEO, retention, watch time)
Repurpose Long-Form Content into Shorts, Reels, or Other Social Formats
Track Performance and Refine Content Strategy Based on Analytics
Qualification
Required
Proven Experience Recording and Editing Video Content
Strong Understanding of YouTube Content Strategy and Trends
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
Experience Working with Cameras, Lighting, and Audio Equipment
Organized, Creative, and Deadline-Driven
