Responsibilities
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the Town’s Public Works and Engineering department
Help formalize processes and procedures, align operations with long-term strategy, and ensure the department supports growth in a thoughtful, sustainable way
Work closely with Town leadership, the Board of Trustees, staff, and the community to deliver reliable services while preparing the organization for future development
Qualification
Required
Leadership experience in public works and engineering
Strategic planning and operational oversight skills
Experience in managing utilities and operations including streets, water, stormwater, construction management, fleet services, facility services, engineering, and capital improvement projects
Ability to formalize processes and procedures
Experience aligning operations with long-term strategy
Strong communication skills to work with Town leadership, the Board of Trustees, staff, and the community
Experience in delivering reliable services
Ability to prepare the organization for future development
