Responsibilities
Lead the design development and deployment of complex Salesforce applications using Apex
Drive the architectural decisions and ensure scalable maintainable Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements
Mentor and guide junior developers and technical teams to enhance skill sets and code quality
Oversee code reviews testing and deployment processes to maintain high standards
Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and best practices to continuously improve development processes
Ensure integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and manage data migration activities
Manage technical risks and provide solutions to complex technical challenges
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce initiatives
Develop and maintain high quality Salesforce Apex code adhering to best practices
Analyse and resolve technical issues perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to document and refine requirements
Write technical specifications and lead unit testing efforts
Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and automated testing
Support scalability and performance optimization of Salesforce applications
Lead and coordinate with DevOps teams for CICD pipeline integration
Provide technical leadership in Salesforce metadata management and sandbox strategies
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to team skill development
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Salesforce Apex development
Lead the design development and deployment of complex Salesforce applications using Apex
Drive the architectural decisions and ensure scalable maintainable Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements
