Responsibilities
Strategically and thoroughly draft documentation for the compliance program, including aligning with partners, and getting input from stakeholders
Partner with Client’s teams within and outside of Marketing to implement new and maintain ongoing processes to deliver the long-term mitigation of risk
Work with business / process owners to develop effective processes, policies, controls, and metrics that ensure effective compliance of relevant standards
Influence and assist business / process owners to close gaps in their controls and adopt processes that will help the grow the business in a compliant manner
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity
Ability to summarize research and data and simplify into effective communication
Effective problem-solving skills; demonstrated expertise in identifying insights, driving strategy, and launching programs to deliver impact
Demonstrated strategic thought leadership in a project management setting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of relevant experience in a Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, or Management Consulting role
Ability to drive projects independently, communicating progress and result
Industry experience in ADS, Marketing
