Sales Consultant
Eftsure is a fast-scaling SaaS fraud technology company focused on protecting B2B payments globally. The Sales Consultant role involves driving revenue growth through consultative selling, understanding customer environments, and positioning Eftsure as a trusted partner in payment protection and supplier verification.
Responsibilities
Consultative Discovery & Selling - Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, risk exposure, and operating environments, and position Eftsure’s solutions accordingly
Product Demonstrations - Deliver tailored, high-impact demos that clearly articulate business value, not just product features
Solution Consulting - Translate complex customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions across payment integrity, supplier verification, and fraud prevention use cases
Proposal & Deal Support - Support RFIs/RFPs, develop proposals and presentations, and contribute to pricing and commercial discussions
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer needs, feedback loops, and go-to-market messaging
Market & Competitive Insight - Stay current on industry trends, emerging buyer needs, and the competitive landscape within payments, fraud, and verification technology
Systems & Integration Expertise - Develop a working understanding of ERP, TMS, and procurement platforms to support customer integration discussions and solution design
Representation & Advocacy - Represent Eftsure at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings, contributing to brand awareness and thought leadership
Qualification
Required
3–7 years' experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
Strong preference for experience within payments, treasury, fintech, risk, or adjacent technologies
Proven experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated track record of contributing to high-performing sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience developing solution proposals, sizing, and technical documentation
Ability to quickly grasp customer challenges related to payments, supplier data, fraud risk, and financial operations
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work across functions and time zones
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed
