Responsibilities

Lead development of key features related to member billing within the Financial Hub, partnering with engineering, design, operations, and finance to scope, build, and launch high-quality functionality through an agile sprint process
Work closely with a Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap, ensure alignment across the Financial Hub, and coordinate with the Claims & Eligibility team
Review product outcomes, member behaviors, and collections trends to generate insights that shape and influence the roadmap
Design hypotheses, set up A/B tests, interpret results, and iterate to improve member billing flows and outcomes
Balance collections improvement with member experience, ensuring improvements don’t introduce friction or frustration for users

Required

2–3+ years of product or project management experience
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Strong experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis and iterative development
Exceptional communication, organizational and collaboration skills
Strong writing and language skills
Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience working on products related to revenue cycle management
