In this role, you will conduct client-based project work related to requests for proposals and facilitate interactions among key stakeholders while managing project teams and enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities
Perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client teams
Coordinating the efforts of RFP multiple project teams
Serve as a key contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard client questions to improve the client experience
Work closely with external and internal partners to capture feedback and create resolutions to issues that translate into overall process enhancements
Manage and record all activities in the workflow system to ensure timely follow up by client, carriers, client team and delivery of final work product
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1-3 years of client services experience in insurance or consulting
Excellent project management experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Effective relationship-building and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
An active Health Producers license or be willing and able to obtain within 30 days of hire
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred
Knowledge and background in the health and benefits consulting space
Data entry experience
