Responsibilities
Perform assessments of organizations' operations, structure, revenue, strategies, resources, and technology
Provide consultative sessions with various stakeholders to drive transformation
Perform research against best practices and identify gaps
Design future state solutions
Develop change and implementation plans
Create roadmaps and customer journey maps
Prepare and present reports
Attend meetings in person in Maryland; most of the work is performed remotely
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a business field (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Finance)
Must live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia
Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated expertise in strategic consulting on commercial/public sector operating models, revenue, governance, business processes, and technology transformation
