Responsibilities

Must have #UiPath and #AutomationAnywhere (#AA) both experience
Must have 6-7+ years of experience
7+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining RPA / automation solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
Deep hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), including advanced features (orchestration, queues, credential vaults, control rooms)
Strong coding / scripting skills (Python, .NET, JavaScript, or relevant automation/scripting languages)
Proven experience integrating automations with APIs, services, databases, and possibly cloud services
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integration, reliability, monitoring, and deployment practices
Demonstrated leadership: ability to guide and mentor teams, make architecture decisions, work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders
Experience with testing (unit, integration), version control, CI/CD, and error / exception handling in automation workflows
Awareness of security, compliance, data privacy, regulatory concerns
