Responsibilities

Handle employee onboarding and maintain personnel files (I-9s, direct deposit, documentation)

Process employee terminations, including final pay and file maintenance

Manually log approved PTO in ADP, including calculations where time is not accrued

Perform monthly reconciliations for company benefits, including voluntary benefits

Maintain and update accounting and related software systems, along with supporting schedules

Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset tracking

Help enforce internal accounting controls and safeguards for company assets

Support accounting policies, procedures, and compliance with evolving regulations

Collaborate with leadership and support ownership as needed
