Qualification
Required
Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
Experienced in call centers—you can handle the pace and pressure
Strong communicator and active listener
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and multiple systems
Adaptable, collaborative, and results-oriented
