Responsibilities

Drafts, edits, and reviews employment agreements, professional services agreements, amendments, letters of intent, medical director agreements, call agreements, administrative services agreements, memoranda, and/or documents for attorneys and internal stakeholders

Receives edits, business terms, and proposed redlined changes to documents, including negotiating with third parties and internal clients

Communicates with regional/divisional executives, physicians, lawyers, and other stakeholders regarding status of legal negotiations and/or documents

Redlines and tracks changes to documents, creates comparison documents, and prepares execution-ready documents

Reviews federal and state regulations/statutes related to healthcare, federal contracting, and grants in the healthcare sector to monitor changes and assist with compliance to those changes
