Responsibilities
Manage administrative and clinical functions across assigned cardiovascular service areas
Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution
Support hiring, performance development, and disciplinary actions for team members
Ensure compliance with facility policies, industry regulations, and patient safety standards
Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed
Manage labor and operational resources within established budget guidelines
Provide hands-on clinical care in the Cath Lab when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Clinical experience as a Cath Lab Tech or Cath Lab RN
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cath Lab environment
Active and unrestricted license, registration, or certification as required by state or profession
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
Experience overseeing clinical teams or leading unit operations
