Responsibilities
Operate processing and production equipment, including:
COP (Clean Out of Place)
CIP (Clean In Place)
Kaps All Torquer
Labeling lines
CIP Bag Fill Line
Perform production and packaging operations, including:
Packaging of bags and bottles
Hand torque and torque testing
Application of pinch clamps
Bottle pass-through to Class 100 clean room
Pulling bottles from inventory
Execute batch records and electronic batch records (eBR) in SAP
Accurately complete logbooks and production documentation
Communicate production status, equipment conditions, and deviations to supervisors
Perform routine and deep cleaning activities:
Room cleaning
Monthly phenolic cleaning
Manual cleaning of small parts
Dispose of waste following procedures
Maintain good housekeeping in all manufacturing areas
Follow all safety policies, production procedures, and quality standards
Properly use, clean, label, and store PPE and in-process materials
Identify and report unsafe conditions and take appropriate corrective action
Participate in required safety, quality, and operational training
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills, including SAP experience
Mechanical aptitude
Troubleshooting skills (assembly line or equipment preferred)
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed procedures and document work accurately
Physical exam required
Steel-toe shoes required
Must be clean-shaven (respirator requirement)
Required to wear PPE, including respirators, for extended periods
Exposure to chemicals requiring PPE
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to work extended shifts (8/10/12 hours), including potential day or night schedules
