Responsibilities

You will ensure compliance with all 340B government regulations through continuous monitoring and implementing process improvement opportunities

You will evaluate all usage and look for improvement opportunities in the 340B program including contract pharmacies, internal pharmacies, and hospital-based departments

You will assist in updating and developing policies and procedures related to inventory management and 340B program. Frequently communicate updates to staff and provides training and education about new policies, procedure changes, and audit outcomes

You will execute action plans to mitigate and/or remove any potential or identified compliance concerns and implement changes

You will track 340B drug inventory including proper replenishment

Required

Post-secondary program completion; equivalent related experience or combination of coursework and experience may be considered in lieu of education; in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare related field preferred

Experience in databases such as Excel and Access, writing macros and simple programming

Experience in data analytics

Familiarity with pharmacy operations and purchasing in order to analyze inventory management opportunities preferred

Experience with pharmacy 340B program preferred

Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel certifications preferred
