Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements
Documentation & User Stories: Author comprehensive user stories, technical specifications, and clear acceptance criteria within an Agile framework
End-to-End Implementation: Drive the full lifecycle of Workday system implementations, ensuring projects move seamlessly from initial definition to final results
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop detailed test cases and conduct thorough functional testing to validate that system builds meet business requirements
Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between IT and strategic business units
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to scale and optimize existing business processes, leveraging Workday capabilities to improve organizational efficiency
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business leaders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project
Tool Utilization: Maintain project transparency and traceability using PM tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst; gathering requirements, writing user stories and test cases, and conducting functional testing
Experience supporting a Workday integration
Experience driving end to end implementations in an Agile environment
Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams
Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc
Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes
Undergraduate degree in business or technology
Preferred
Experience working within or supporting projects for the Public Sector is highly preferred
Prior experience in Consulting is preferred
