Responsibilities
Partner with UX Directors and development team members to support end-to-end UX activities, ensuring alignment and clarity from design through delivery
Consult with clients to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
Synthesize user feedback and business requirements into actionable design recommendations
Contribute to UX strategy and research activities, including discovery inputs and synthesis
Participate in usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations
Develop personas, journey maps, and other foundational UX artifacts
Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes
Translate brand guidelines into effective digital experiences, applying visual design principles to layouts, components, and interactions
Create and maintain design systems and shared component libraries in Figma
Annotate designs with clear interaction, behavior, and handoff specifications to support development
Conduct competitor and heuristic analysis to identify opportunities
Qualification
Required
6+ years of UX experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of UX strategy, research, and interaction design best practices
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
Experience designing for web and responsive/mobile environments
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to teammates and clients
Portfolio demonstrating UX process and your direct contributions
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Availability to meet virtually (Teams, Zoom, etc.) during core hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday–Friday)
