Michigan Air Products is a leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative firm providing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products. They are seeking a motivated Inside Salesperson to work with customers, offer HVAC solutions, and collaborate with team members to drive sales.

Responsibilities
Work with customers to provide HVAC solutions in person, over the phone, and via email
Utilize company and manufacturer software to estimate, price, quote, and sell products and systems
Visit customer facilities and job sites to assist in identifying problems to offer solutions and sales opportunities
Collaborate with salespeople, estimators and project managers
Participate in web-based, local, and manufacturer training programs
Learn and stay up to date with HVAC product applications and advancements
Participate in industry associations and association meetings
Qualification
Required
3 years of HVAC equipment sales/distribution experience
Basic HVAC, mechanical equipment and systems familiarity and knowledge
Demonstrate technical aptitude, a proactive and positive mindset, effective time management skills and excellent communication skills
Customer-centric attitude with a focus on understanding and meeting customers needs, while providing exceptional service
Build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and organize workload while meeting deadlines
Trustworthy, responsible, and ethical
