Business Development Executive
ProsperityEHR is dedicated to enhancing access to behavioral health care through a comprehensive technology and services platform. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new strategic partnerships and client relationships in the behavioral health technology sector.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify high-potential business opportunities, partnership channels, and emerging market trends
Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads, forge strategic alliances, and expand market share
Generate leads and turn them into sales conversations
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, industry stakeholders, and potential clients to advance sales and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services, to align business development efforts with company goals
Provide ongoing market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, actively promoting the ProsperityEHR brand and identifying new networking opportunities
Develop business cases and proposals tailored to client and partner needs, highlighting the value and differentiation of ProsperityEHR’s solutions
Track, analyze, and report on key business development metrics to ensure alignment with growth targets and continuous improvement
Serve as a thought leader within the organization, contributing insights to cross-functional projects and strategic planning initiatives

Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health technology sector
Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling and articulating value propositions
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel as required
Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, PA, WI, WV
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Deep understanding of healthcare technology trends, particularly within the behavioral health space
Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other CRM software
Experience scaling a small company to become an anchor in the industry
