Sasquatch Agency is a leading Portland-based full-service marketing firm seeking a Sr. Account Executive or Account Supervisor to join their growing team. The role involves acting as the primary agency point of contact for select clients, leading client relationships and strategy, and managing client and agency financials to ensure alignment with expectations.

Responsibilities

Act as primary agency point of contact for select clients as assigned

Lead client relationships and strategy. Act as the primary and trusted, expert resource for clients. Earn their trust and know their business

Foster collaboration internally and with clients

Facilitate flow of project-related materials, project revisions, and documentation within participating departments, coordinating agency time and resources to meet client expectations and objectives

Understand and critically think about client feedback and its implications for the work, the objectives, and agency resources

Conduct information-gathering exercises and ongoing education as needed for the EAT & DRINK team, distilling research findings, and recognizing and extrapolating relevant information. Be the category expert

Develop and give both internal and client-facing presentations as needed

Proactively communicate with clients to understand their pain points and offer agency solutions to grow the agency’s scope of work

Manage client and agency financials to ensure that budgets, forecasts, and invoices are aligned with client expectations and the contractually agreed upon agency services

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing firm or brand marketing environment with experience in the food, beverage or sporting goods space strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration preferred

Confidence and ability to move projects forward with minimal supervision while communicating clearly and effectively

Experience with standard business software including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, project management, etc
