Responsibilities

Support an ambitious Consumer roadmap and drive key outcomes for the Resy Diner network
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing and Customer Support to drive requirements and steer delivery of new feature development and delivery
Work closely with other Consumer Product Managers and Product Leadership to inform priorities and shape thinking around challenges and opportunities
Drive alignment and communicate relevant updates and insights across stakeholders in Marketing, Engineering, and other parts of the business

Required

1-3 years of experience focused on product management, product strategy, data and analytics or relevant experience
Intellectually curious and passionate about learning technology and user experience
Comfortable using data and analytics to drive product decisions
High attention to detail, including a proven ability to clearly identify challenges and document requirements for solutions
Self-starter who is continuously looking for ways to support their teammates
Grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bring others along with your thinking
Reliable and share responsibility for the team's success and progress
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with different stakeholders, in particular Marketing organizations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry
Experience with Mixpanel, Looker or other insights and BI tools
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience working in more regulated product spaces
