Responsibilities
Interpret brand guidelines and this expansive creative toolkit to develop immersive, playful and iconicly on-brand assets and deliverables
See ideas through from initial concept to final production. Ability to own the full design lifecycle
Design across formats including signage, print collateral, branded environments, and digital graphics
Collaborate with internal team and, at times, external agencies to ensure visual cohesion
Contribute to ideation sessions and push creative boundaries while staying grounded in VIS ID
Stay responsive to feedback and iterate quickly during high volume production phases
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in branding, advertising, or experiential and activations
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand systems, and multi-format execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proven ability to take minimal direction and expand it into compelling, polished creative
Strong communicator with a willingness to jump in and support across creative needs
Must be able to collaborate with internal creative team members as well as our partner agencies and stakeholders
Keen awareness of current design trends, cultural aesthetics, and what's visually resonant right now
Balances big picture thinking with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every deliverable is both creatively bold and flawlessly executed
