Business Development Representative
Responsibilities
Identify and source new B2B sales opportunities in the US market
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Run discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads
Present BuildVisionAI’s AI and software solutions to decision-makers
Manage deals from first contact to contract signing
Collaborate with technical and leadership teams on proposals
Maintain accurate sales activity records
Inbound and outbound leads
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commission-only or performance-based sales
Background in B2B tech, SaaS, AI, or software services sales
Strong closer mentality with confidence selling high-ticket solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Existing network of founders, executives, or enterprise contacts is a plus
