Director – Product Operations & Enablement

Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing Product Operations team that delivers key strategic and regulatory program planning, ensuring timely and effective delivery of enterprise initiatives aligned with compliance and privacy risk expectations
Deliver program management, go-to-market planning and operations support to enable a global Privacy initiative inclusive of development of central privacy tooling, capabilities and remediation
Oversee the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) execution, maintaining end-to-end process and control documentation, ensuring alignment with evolving business models, processes and policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for 2LOD, Privacy and Control Management, coordinating risk identification, issue remediation and control validation activities
Partner with business teams to interpret control and regulatory requirements into action plans for the Digital Tracking Product & Engineering teams
Manage the Product portfolio and performance, leading agile delivery governance including sprint planning, backlog prioritization and planning ceremonies
Embed Agile best practices to drive transparency, velocity and iterative delivery across strategic and regulatory programs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of demonstrated excellence in leading teams delivering technology-driven business solutions across the enterprise
Strong experience in risk management, operational risk or expertise in RCSA execution preferred
Demonstrated success in strategic portfolio, cross-functional program and performance management
Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can combine problem-resolution, insights-driven prioritization, and ability to influence to achieve critical business goals
Experience leading Agile delivery programs and proficient in Agile tools and methods (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Rally, SAFe, Kanban)
Confidence in decision-making in complex & ambiguous situations; comfortable troubleshooting and aligning conflicting interests
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions & processes to a wide variety of audiences
Ability to discover and design scalable solutions and processes, and lead implementation of those processes across a matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Strong experience in risk management, operational risk or expertise in RCSA execution preferred
Knowledge of the global privacy landscape, and/or the web and digital advertising ecosystem strongly preferred
