Program Manager (contract)

Responsibilities
Manage daily triage processes for network team parts and BOM creation and change requests
Compile and prioritize lists of tickets requiring triage and coordinate resolution between teams
Create and maintain network parts and Bills of Materials in PLM/PDM systems
Submit and track Engineering Change Orders to ensure timely processing
Ensure data quality and address data governance issues across engineering systems
Participate in legacy part hydration activities to maintain system integrity
Coordinate between engineering teams to identify requirements and facilitate communication
Monitor and maintain ticket queues to prevent significant backlogs
Support networking infrastructure components including switches, assemblies, chassis, optics, cables, and transceivers
Maintain accurate documentation and data structures for core components used in datacenter hardware
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud engineering background
Minimum 2 years of experience with ticketing systems or Product Lifecycle Management tools
Minimum 2 years of experience with Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams
Experience working closely with engineering teams in a collaborative environment
Hands-on experience with networking infrastructure components such as switches, assemblies, chassis, optics, cables, and transceivers
Cloud engineering background and understanding of cloud infrastructure
Proficiency with ticketing systems, preferably Azure DevOps
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management or Product Data Management tools
Engineering Change Management expertise
Program management capabilities for engineering teams
Strong understanding of network part and BOM structures
Data governance and quality assurance skills
Ability to coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and workshops
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred
Previous experience leading network calls or holding weekly meetings, scrums, or workshops
Engineering degree highly preferred, though not required
