5+ years of exclusive employment law defense experience
Strong background in employment law compliance, including wage and hour audits
Hands-on experience drafting and advising on employee handbooks and workplace policies
Demonstrated experience handling employment litigation and defense matters
Knowledge of wage and hour, class action, and PAGA claims
Required experience defending school districts
Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to proactive and efficient case management
Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of exclusive employment law defense experience
