Client Services Manager Leading IT Service Desk, Account Management, and Client Device Management operations to deliver exceptional end-user support and business alignment
Continuously strengthening client relationships as primary liaison, aligning IT solutions with business needs and managing escalations transparently
Oversee 24x7 IT Service Desk operations, ensuring SLA compliance, timely resolution, and executive-level escalation management
Optimize service delivery by monitoring KPIs/SLAs, implementing ITIL best practices, and driving continuous improvement
Oversee enterprise device lifecycle management, enforcing compliance/security standards and streamlining procurement and deployment
Built and coached high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, customer service-focused culture and driving professional development
Delivered measurable results including improved customer satisfaction, enhanced operational efficiency, and stronger global collaboration
