Finance Admininstrative Assistant
a21 is a modern agency specializing in Corporate Sponsorship Sales and Activation, Event Management, Strategic Marketing, and Corporate Consulting. They are looking for an organized and proactive Finance Administrative Assistant to support their Finance team by facilitating communication, tracking invoices, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between the Finance team, internal departments, and external vendors
Track and follow up on invoices, payments, and other vendor-related items
Coordinate document collection (e.g., W-9s, ACH forms, contracts)
Maintain organized records of financial correspondence and documentation
Support the Finance team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks as needed
Assist in scheduling, email follow-ups, and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met
Identify and communicate process gaps or delays to ensure efficient workflow
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and responsive — follows up without being prompted
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working across teams
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn and grow within a finance environment
Preferred
Candidates with a finance or accounting degree are preferred
Experience in administrative support or customer service
