Responsibilities
Oversee all U.S. asset management activities, ensuring operational effectiveness and alignment with best industry practices
Develop and continuously refine asset management processes to optimize plant performance and reduce operational expenses
Direct reporting on operational asset performance to businesses leadership, the board, stakeholders, and financing entities
Supervise O&M activities to maximize revenue generation, ensuring all services meet required standards and compliance
Represent the business with key stakeholders, including investors, offtakers, lenders, and local authorities, fostering productive and strategic relationships
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of O&M 3rd party management
Experience in contract negotiations
Understanding of financial performance and optimization
Familiarity with offtakes and PPAs
Ability to oversee all U.S. asset management activities
Experience in developing and refining asset management processes
Capability to direct reporting on operational asset performance
Experience in supervising O&M activities to maximize revenue generation
Ability to represent the business with key stakeholders
