Responsibilities
Mine, cultivate, and maintain new and existing customers
Build deep relationships to execute personal sales goals that aligns with a Divisional strategy
Fully understand and communicate all variables, challenges, and successes within the defined territory
Rep must be self-sufficient and innovative to compose tactics to execute the strategy for a territory
Effectively and fiduciarily manage travel, customer entertainment, and expenses
Understand and monitor the competitive environment and provide market intelligence to help shape and execute sales strategies
High business ethics. This position means you are a visual representative of the company in your personal community & territory 100% of the time
Qualification
Required
Candidate must live in the territory represented Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Southern California
Sales experience
Highly inquisitive & self-motivated
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft suite of products
Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to help teammates daily
Outstanding communicator - written & oral
Assertive / Confident - ability to ask for orders, demand mutual respect within buyer/seller transaction while maintaining humility
Preferred
Outside sales/travel experience
Salesforce, SAP Concur, or foundation of CRM system experience
Bachelor's degree
