Sales Director
WeInstall.IT is a labor subcontractor focused on AV and IT installation projects, seeking a Sales Director to drive business opportunities and manage client relationships. The role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, maintaining project profitability, and leading a high-performing team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and accounts
Bring additional revenue
Manage multiple accounts
Maintain healthy gross profit margins per project
Monitor multiple projects from initiation to delivery
Manage day-to-day team interactions and project requirements
Develop and maintain project plans, budget, communication, risk-register, and other deliverables to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Anticipate critical risks and demonstrate initiative to appropriately resolve or escalate
Effectively and consistently communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders and team
Ensure customer satisfaction
Build and manage a high performing team
Provide guidance and visibility to the Board of Directors
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management
Create a long term strategy and sustain it through time
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience supporting Sales
Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels
Dynamic and open to multiple assignments
Mindset of growth

Sense of ownership
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field - non excluding
