Project Manager - Physical Security Installations
Brookfield Global Recruitment Services is an industry leader looking to hire Project Managers to manage physical security system installations. The role involves overseeing installation projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage enterprise security installation projects
Confer with senior management, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
Schedule the project in logical steps to budget enough time required to meet deadlines
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to project locations
Direct and supervise workers including delegating responsibilities to Laborers, Technicians, and Electricians
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency
Interface with internal and external customers
Read blueprints, schematics, and statements of work (SOW)
Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues
Have good working knowledge and experience with Access Control and VMS/CCTV systems (Lenel, Software House, S2, Avigilon, Genetec, AMAG, Bosch etc.)
Ability to travel onsite is required
