Responsibilities

Director sales in New York is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring excellent customer relationships, all while adhering to company policies
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty and repeat business
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline by identifying potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring effective lead nurturing throughout the sales cycle
Performance Analysis: Regularly review sales performance data, identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights into market trends and sales performance
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
