In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering end-to-end solutions for clients, while leading multidisciplinary teams and partnering with client executives to align technology with business goals.

Responsibilities

Own executive-level client relationships and act as the primary technical advisor

Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions across application development, infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations

Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies and roadmaps

Provide hands-on guidance and oversight across consulting, infrastructure, and service delivery teams

Influence and advise C-level stakeholders on technology investments, risk, and operational maturity

Drive solution architecture, delivery governance, and execution accountability

Ensure initiatives meet quality, timeline, and financial expectations

Establish and track KPIs and OKRs tied to operational performance and ROI

Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through value-driven solutioning

Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technical and consulting teams

Partner with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Required

10+ years of experience in technology leadership, consulting, or solutions delivery roles

Strong technical foundation in one or more of the following: Full stack development, Infrastructure or cloud platforms, IT operations, help desk, or service delivery, Solutions or enterprise architecture

Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives

Experience owning client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technological decisions to financial and operational outcomes

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
